Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement between you and Black Star PI Ltd. By using our website or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Black Star PI is a property acquisition and development business. We work with property that is underperforming, hard to sell, poorly structured or simply not reaching its potential. Our services fall into four areas: Creative Acquisitions (direct purchase, purchase lease option, delayed completion and other vendor-led terms); Owner and Landlord Solutions (management-led arrangements, lease structures and routes to eventual sale); Development and Value Creation (refurbishment, conversion, redevelopment, repositioning and change of use); and What We Buy (residential, commercial and mixed-use property judged on its fundamentals).

To use our services you must be at least 18 years of age, have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts and give us accurate information about yourself and any property you are asking us to consider.

You agree to give us accurate information, to take your own independent legal, tax and financial advice, to carry out your own due diligence and to keep any account or login details we give you secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black Star PI Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit, for errors in third-party content or for the acts or omissions of any third party we introduce.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and by the laws of Scotland in relation to Scottish properties. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
