Founder of Black Star PI, focusing on property investment, deal sourcing, and strategic portfolio development. A Chartered Engineer (CEng, EUR ING) and Chartered Project Manager (MCIOB), he is also an ISO 55001- certified asset and management expertise (AMP, CAMA2, CFM), bringing institutional asset lifecycle thinking and operational excellence into modern residential property management. Fellow of the Institute of Asset Management (FIAM) and the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation (FCIHT).
